Locating your phone's IP address

All Grandstream phones with the arrow pad as shown below... (GXP21xx)
Press the 'dot' ket in the centre of the arrow pad. You will be sown a list of options or icons. Select the option marked 'Status', press the 'dot' key to confirm. On the next screen select 'Network Status' and again press the 'dot' key to select. Your phone's network settings will be shown. Look for the 'IPv4 Address' and make a note of this. You may have to scroll down using the arrows on phones with smaller displays. Pass the IP address you noted above onto your support representative.
