My Zettle Card Reader Wont Connect, What do I do?

If your phone or tablet has an internet connection yet your card reader will not connect, this is an issue with the connection between your phone and the reader, not the site wifi.

Turn your device bluetooth off and turn off the reader. Turn your bluetooth back on and then your reader. Attempt to make a card sale. The app will try to reconnect to the reader and should now work.

If this fails, remove your reader from the Zettle app and re-add it.
