How to run Control panel as Admin on Domain Workstations

There will be times you may need to make changes to computer settings that by default, you arent allowed to. Normally Windows will ask for an admin password but not always, especially in control panel.
The following work around allows you to run control panel as an admin. Press and hole the windows key and tap 'R', release the windows key and the run dialog will appear. Enter C:\windows\system32 as below and click ok
In the explorer menu that pops up find control.exe and right click...
Select 'Run as Administrator' and windows will prompt you for admin credentials. Once these are entered you have full admin rights to control panel and it's applets.
